JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine maintenance of telecom towers and related equipment.
Inspect tower structures, antennas, feeders, and cables.
Troubleshoot technical faults in telecom equipment.
Check power systems, batteries, earthing, and electrical connections.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
Identify and report equipment faults and safety issues.
Coordinate with NOC and field teams to resolve network issues.
Follow tower-climbing safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic knowledge of telecom equipment and tower maintenance.
Knowledge of RF systems, antennas, and electrical systems is an advantage.
Physically fit and willing to work at tower sites.
Willingness to travel to assigned locations.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Safety training and tower-climbing certification preferred.
