Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Design Development: Creating detailed 3D models and drawings for mechanical systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
Prototyping and Testing: Overseeing the development of prototypes and conducting tests to ensure functionality, performance, and safety.
Analysis and Simulation: Performing stress, thermal, and fluid flow analyses to optimize designs for strength, efficiency, and durability.
Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers, to integrate components into larger systems.
Design Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in existing products and suggesting design modifications to enhance performance, reduce costs, or improve manufacturability.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining design documentation,



including schematics, user manuals, and production specifications.
Mentoring: Leading and mentoring junior engineers, reviewing their designs, and offering guidance.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.)
Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
Experience with design for manufacturability and cost optimization.
Knowledge of engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills, as interaction with other departments is essential.
