Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced nCino / Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions supporting commercial lending, customer onboarding, and banking operations. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with nCino, Salesforce development, system integrations, and banking-related business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, develop, and implement nCino and Salesforce solutions to support commercial lending, customer onboarding, and banking operations.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions using nCino, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
Develop, maintain, and manage integrations with core banking systems, third-party applications, and document management platforms.
Participate in technical solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards,



security guidelines, and governance processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and Agile delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Identify and resolve technical issues, improve application performance, and support ongoing enhancements.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills
Hands-on experience with nCino and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Robust development experience in Apex, including triggers, classes, and asynchronous processing.
Experience developing user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows and process automation.
Valuable understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, governor limits, and deployment practices.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.
