Position: Team Leader Credit FOS

Key Responsibilities & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and monitor daily field operational activities of Credit Field Officers (FOS).
Direct timely, unannounced field visits to applicant residence and business addresses per loan application guidelines.
Ensure accurate verification of existence, tenure, and nature of locations, including mandate compliance on geo-tagged photos/videos.
Oversee candidate discussions to evaluate borrower intent, financial capability, and data consistency.
Ensure unbiased local checks to assess borrower reputation and business authenticity.
Oversee verification of original documents and escalate discrepancies.
Audit and validate field data against credit bureau reports, internal databases, and public records.
Monitor daily productivity, streamline file turn-around times, and ensure prompt reporting of red flags or inconsistencies.

Candidate Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
Experience: Prior experience in credit field verification in retail loans/NBFCs.
Valuable to have two-wheeler for field transit.
