About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain Rigzen’s business services, generate sales, and convert leads into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain services related to business registration, compliance, certifications, funding, accounting, and digital solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Handle customer queries and sales objections.
Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain call records, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Requirements
0–3 years of experience in telesales,



telecalling, or inside sales.
Robust communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Good Hindi and English communication; Gujarati preferred.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply.
