Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable handling calls and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases/lead lists.
Follow up on leads regularly to convert prospective buyers into sales or set up appointments.
Maintain accurate, daily records of calls, customer feedback and lead status in MS Excel
Handle customer objections professionally and build long-term relationships.
Qualification Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
