Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide functional expertise.
Design, implement, and test Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for Core HR, Absence & OTL.
Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems.
Develop and maintain documentation of Oracle Fusion HCM configurations and customizations.
Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence & OTL.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
