Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality in banking operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and inform decision-making.
Design and implement new processes and procedures to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
