Role & responsibilities
Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines, VMCs, CNC turning, Shaping, Grinding, Shaving, Broaching, SPM, and conventional machines.
Maintenance and Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems and PLC maintenance.
Minimize machine downtime and ensure smooth production.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown records like MTTR, MTBF, RCA.
Ensure proper machine safety and maintenance practices.
Experience: 2 To 5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
