Role & responsibilities

Estimation and Budgeting Support:

• Provide support to the Manager in estimating and budgeting for building repair works in Supa
Assist in vendor negotiations, cost comparison, and finalization processes.
Coordination and Monitoring:
Coordinate and monitor schedule updates, invoices, and submittals, ensuring effective communication with the Corporate Team in Pune.
Execution and Quality Maintenance:
Ensure adherence to timelines as finalized and submitted to management.
Execute site work in alignment with the final approved drawings. • Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and prepare checklists for various activities.

• Promote a protected working environment by monitoring personal protective equipment (PPE)



usage for site laborers.
Support and Reporting

• Provide support to the Plant Administration Team in maintaining the existing infrastructure in valuable condition.
Actively participate in team meetings and maintain a regular in office project presence.
Submit daily progress reports to the Corporate Team in Pune.

Preferred candidate profile

Industrial Building Projects Site Execution / Quality Assurance / Safety Management.

Skills
Project Management (Civil)
Knowledge of building and construction.
Infrastructure Design skills
