Role & responsibilities
Lead and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability and plant uptime.
Manage maintenance of all production machinery, utilities, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, DG sets, EOT cranes, and plant infrastructure.
Drive root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective actions, and reduce recurring equipment failures to improve reliability and productivity.
Plan, monitor, and control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor/contractor performance to ensure cost-effective operations.
Lead installation, commissioning, relocation, and upgradation of machinery and plant equipment to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, environmental, and quality requirements while promoting secure maintenance practices across the plant.
Develop and lead the maintenance team through training, performance management, TPM initiatives, continuous improvement projects,



and achievement of maintenance KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
