Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, performance gaps and prospects across Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Persistency, Claims and Customer Service.
BI Development & Visualisation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports and performance trackers using BI tools such as Amazon QuickSight.
Data Engineering & Automation: Build and maintain SQL queries, data pipelines and data transformation processes to ensure timely and reliable availability of data for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications & Competencies
1- 4 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, BI Development or Data Engineering.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Data modelling, ETL/ELT processes and data transformation.




Hands-on experience in developing dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight or similar BI tools.
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation is preferred.
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Attention to detail, ownership of deliverables and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Valuable communication skills and the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
Preferred: Experience working with AWS data services and familiarity with the banking, financial services or insurance domain
