Role & responsibilities:
Drive sales and business development for Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Generate business through DSAs, connectors, direct sourcing, and other channel partners.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, and referral partners.
Identify potential customers requiring loans against residential or commercial properties.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for login, sanction, and disbursement.
Assess customer profiles, income documents, property details, and preliminary eligibility.
Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies, credit norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads into disbursements.
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify recent business prospects.
Maintain portfolio quality and minimize rejections through quality sourcing.
