Role & Responsibilities
To answer every call that lands on their extension effectively, driving towards conversion of clients.
To be able to coordinate with the OP team with ease to accommodate the patients.
Should be able to understand the patients' needs and guide them to the right consultants.
Have complete knowledge of all unit doctors, with their specialty and experience, to explain to the callers.
To ensure that an end-to-end solution is provided.
Adherence to the script / Quality of Calls and Procedures.
Patient Impacting Errors / Non-Patient Impacting Errors.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Qualification: 10th +
Languages to be known: English, Hindi and Telugu (Mandatory)
Job Location: Abids, Hyderabad.
