Education B.Sc. IT/Computer Science, BCA, B.E./B.Tech (IT/Computer Science), or MCA.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 application support and troubleshoot application-related issues.
Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve, validate, and analyse data.
Perform database-level troubleshooting to identify data discrepancies and application issues.
Monitor application performance and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
Analyse error logs, investigate recurring issues, and identify root causes.
Manage incident tickets, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs.
Coordinate with development, database, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
Perform basic data validation, updates, and backend checks as authorised.
Support application testing, bug verification, and deployment activities.




Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting steps, and incident reports.
Follow established IT service management processes and data security guidelines.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred qualifications: B.Sc. IT/Computer Science, BCA, B.E./B.Tech (IT/Computer Science), or MCA.
Candidates with a relevant IT diploma and hands-on SQL/application support experience may also be considered.
