A Sales Manager - Working Capital at DCB Bank is responsible for driving the acquisition, expansion, and portfolio management of commercial and business banking clients for working capital and trade finance products.

Key Responsibilities & Job Description (JD)
Customer Acquisition: Identify, source, and onboard current-to-bank (NTG/RG) commercial, SME, and mid-corporate customers requiring working capital solutions.
Product Portfolio Management: Deal extensively in working capital and trade finance offerings, including
Cash Credit (CC) and Overdraft (OD) facilities
Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG) / LCBD
Channel Finance and Trade & Forex services
CGTMSE limits and related business loan structures
Secured Loan Against Property (LAP) and Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) where applicable
Manage,



mentor, and drive a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) or Sales Officers to meet regional and branch-level targets.
Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation: Cross-sell asset, liability, and fee-based banking products as mandated by the bank
Credit & Compliance Coordination: Coordinate with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth underwriting, timely file logins, proper documentation, and adherence to regulatory norms

Preferred candidate profile

Experience Range: Typically 3 to 10+ years of direct experience in working capital, commercial banking, or SME asset sales

Team Handling experience of 3 years
