Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during the entire recruitment cycle.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers extended, and other relevant metrics.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment, and make recommendations for selection of candidates.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of recent hires.
