Microsoft Copilot
Support, administer, and optimise Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments. • Troubleshoot Copilot licensing, access, indexing, permissions, and data grounding issues.
Assist users with effective prompt engineering and Copilot best practices.
Monitor Copilot adoption, usage, and value realisation.
Support governance, compliance, and security controls relating to Copilot.
Copilot Studio & Copilot Agents • Support Copilot Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Configure agent knowledge sources and integrations with Microsoft 365 services.
Troubleshoot Copilot Studio solutions, generative AI responses, and agent performance issues.
Promote best practices for responsible AI, governance, security, and data protection.
