Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking inventory.
Maintain accurate stock records for food ingredients, dairy products, beverages, packaging materials, and other caf supplies.
Coordinate with chefs, baristas, department heads, and the purchase team to ensure timely stock availability.
Monitor stock levels and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.
Check the quality, quantity, expiry dates, and condition of incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices.
Ensure proper storage, labelling, temperature control, and hygiene standards for perishable and non-perishable items.




Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
Monitor wastage, breakage, pilferage, and expiry-related losses.
Maintain records of goods received, goods issued, returns, transfers, and stock adjustments.
Coordinate with suppliers and the purchase team regarding deliveries, shortages, and quality concerns.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, secure, and compliant with food safety standards.
Support stock audits and implement measures to improve inventory control and cost efficiency
