Job Summary Project Engineer / Project Manager

The Project Engineer / Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing building construction activities to ensure quality, safety, cost control, and timely project completion. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, monitoring construction progress, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams, and ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and company standards. Responsibilities include managing manpower, materials, and equipment, supervising RCC and finishing works, verifying measurements and contractor bills, preparing progress reports, resolving technical issues, maintaining site documentation, and ensuring effective project execution from foundation to final handover.Project Planning
