Job Description-

We are looking for a responsible and organized Sales Support Executive to support our sales team in daily activities and ensure smooth coordination with customers, dealers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide daily sales support to the sales team.
Coordinate with dealers and customers regarding orders and deliveries.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, reports, and other sales-related documents.
Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer enquiries.
Coordinate with the dispatch, accounts, and other departments.




Maintain sales records and update customer information in the system.
Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports as required.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Experience in dealer or distributor coordination will be an added advantage.
