Role & responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across contract, contract-to-hire (C2H), and full-time roles.
Source and engage candidates through job boards, skilled networking, social platforms, and referrals.
Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver top-quality talent in a timely manner.
Work with various employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and handle visa categories including H1B, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and maintain robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and market trends.
Familiarity with US employment types and visa classifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Must have BE/ BTech education degree
