We are looking for a Chief of Operations to lead multi-location operations and drive revenue, P&L;, EBITDA, customer experience, people and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead multi-unit operations across geographically dispersed locations.
Own revenue, profitability, EBITDA and operational KPIs.
Lead Centre/Cluster/Regional Heads and large frontline teams.
Drive SOPs, customer experience, safety and operational excellence.
Lead current centre launches and expansion initiatives.

Ideal Profile:
15+ years of experience in Retail, QSR, F&B;, Hospitality, Entertainment or Leisure.
Robust multi-unit and P&L; ownership experience.
Proven experience managing large teams and multiple locations.
Solid business leadership and execution skills.
