Job Summary

Exp - 20 + years. Lead the end-to-end procurement function for all construction projects. Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost, quality, and schedule objectives.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute procurement of civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, fire protection, elevators, IT, security systems, and other project-related packages.
Prepare procurement schedules aligned with project timelines.
Identify, evaluate, pre-qualify, and develop vendors and subcontractors.
Float tenders, evaluate techno-commercial bids, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and award of work packages without impacting project schedules.
Monitor contract performance and resolve commercial issues during execution.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, statutory requirements,



and ethical business practices.
Work closely with project, design, engineering, planning, finance, and site teams to meet project objectives.
Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality.
Maintain procurement MIS, contract documentation, and vendor performance records.

Qualifications
Education - Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
