Freelance Trainer Soft-Skills

Remuneration: 1,500 per day

Key Responsibilities
Deliver training sessions on CAWS (Communication and Workplace Skills) and MS (Managing Self).
Facilitate interactive sessions using role plays, group discussions, and peer learning.
Support young and unemployed graduates in developing communication, self-management, and workplace readiness skills.
Adapt training delivery to participants' learning needs and ensure active engagement.
Deliver sessions in English, using regional languages to simplify concepts where required.

Preferred Trainer Profile
CAWS: 3+ years of industry experience, exposure to behavioural and senior leadership training, and relevant ReBT, NLP, or Psychology qualifications/certifications.
MS (Managing Self): Experience in self-management, personal effectiveness, and behavioural skills training.
Solid communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, and the relevant regional language.
Willingness to travel to training centres and availability on weekdays.
