Role & responsibilities
Prepare detailed BOQs, estimates, and tenders for construction projects.
Conduct quantity surveying activities such as measurement, estimation, and costing of materials.
Develop accurate cost estimates based on project requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Provide technical support during the tender process by preparing bid documents and presentations.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Quantity Surveying or related field (BOQ preparation, Cost Estimation).
Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
Solid knowledge of Quantity Estimation principles and practices.
Proficiency in preparing accurate cost estimates using various software tools.
