Lead and manage end-to-end telecom projects from initiation to closure
Own project planning, execution, cutover, closure, and customer acceptance
Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers
Drive MOP planning, execution, and cutover management
Track project progress, risks, issues, and change requests
Ensure on-time delivery with SLA adherence and quality standards
Manage multi-vendor teams (OEMs, partners, field teams, customers)
Handle stakeholder communication, escalations, and conflict resolution
Manage parallel workstreams, multi-site and PAN-India deployments
Provide regular status reporting to senior management and stakeholders

Mandatory Experience & Qualifications

Experience (Mandatory)
10+ years overall experience,



with at least 7 years in Telecom / Network / Infrastructure projects
Proven experience as Project Manager / Project Lead managing projects valued at 5 Cr+
Solid end-to-end telecom project execution ownership

Certification (Mandatory)
PMP Certification - Must
ITIL Certification - Valuable to have
