Job Title: Customer Service Executive Forex Cash Delivery

Job Overview:
Responsible for delivering foreign currency cash to customers at their doorsteps in Bangalore, ensuring secure transactions, proper documentation, and compliance with KYC and RBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver forex cash orders to customers within scheduled timelines.
Verify customer identity and documents, including passport, PAN, and travel documents.
Handle cash securely and ensure accurate transactions.
Coordinate with the Niyo app/backend team for delivery updates and order tracking.
Assist customers with basic queries related to forex delivery and transactions.

Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
0–5 years of experience in delivery, logistics, cash handling, or customer service.
Basic communication skills and familiarity with digital apps.
Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving licence.
Willingness to travel within Bangalore; delivery expenses borne by the company.
Background, CIBIL, and police verification required.
Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures is an advantage.
