Our platform powers millions of restaurant transactions every day and offers a complete suite of business solutions, including POS, Payroll, Invoice, Task, Retail, Marketplace Services, Kiosk, and more

Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and connect with potential distributors across assigned territories (Pan India).
Convert company-provided leads and independently generate recent distributor leads through market research, cold outreach, networking, and field visits.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales and distributor onboarding targets.
Manage the complete distributor onboarding process, including registration, documentation, and platform setup.
Drive consistent sales through the onboarded distributor network.
Build and maintain solid long-term relationships with distributors to ensure retention and business growth.




Act as the primary point of contact for distributors by resolving queries and providing ongoing support.
Track distributor performance, market trends, and competitor activities and share insights with management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, onboarding status, and sales in CRM and reporting systems.
Collaborate with Operations, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure distributor success.

Additional Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
25 years of experience in Business Development, Distributor or Dealer Management.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to generate leads independently through market research and networking.
Comfortable using CRM tools and digital onboarding platforms.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
