Remote
4+ years of experience in Release Management, Release Coordination, Project Coordination, PMO Support, Agile Coordination, Delivery Coordination, or related technology delivery roles.
Experience supporting software development or technology delivery teams.
Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating activities across multiple teams.
Ability to influence and drive action without direct managerial authority.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
Robust organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience tracking work within Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar delivery management platforms.
Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies.
Experience using AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini,



or similar technologies to support planning, analysis, reporting, or workflow optimization.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Release Management, Release Coordination, or Release Analyst roles.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps release and work management processes.
Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Protected delivery frameworks.
Experience coordinating activities across Product, Development, QA, and Business teams.
Experience creating release reporting, executive status updates, dashboards, and communications.
Experience supporting process improvement or transformation initiatives within software delivery organizations.
Experience implementing workflow automation, reporting enhancements, or operational improvements.
