Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, CA communities, and business associations.
Conduct customer profiling, financial assessment, and field visits.
Ensure quality sourcing as per credit and risk guidelines.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Legal teams for faster sanction and disbursement.
Monitor team productivity, lead conversions, and business performance.
Identify current markets and expand the customer base.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
