Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and outbound sales.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, prospects, partners, and key stakeholders.
Understand client business requirements and position the company's software/application solutions accordingly.
Jewel Application / Jewellery software domain experience is mandatory for this role.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
Develop and manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities,



and provide regular sales forecasts.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Work closely with Product, Presales, Technical, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Develop strategic partnerships and explore recent markets and customer segments.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, reports, and management updates.
Consistently achieve revenue, lead-generation, and business-development targets.
