Enter and update customer information in the bank's system accurately.
Assist with customer account opening forms and documentation.
Verify customer details and documents, including Aadhaar, PAN, and other KYC documents, as per bank procedures.
Update customer records and banking information in the database.
Perform data validation and correct errors in records.
Assist with scanning, uploading, and maintaining customer documents.
Support banking activities such as account maintenance and customer information updates.
Maintain proper records of applications, forms, and other banking documents.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information.
