Ensure high-quality fabrication of electrical panel enclosures and components.
Support on-time production and customer delivery commitments.
Minimize welding defects, rework, and material wastage.

Requirements
ITI (Welder/Fitter/Sheet Metal Worker) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding operations.
Hands-on experience in MIG, TIG, and Spot Welding processes.
Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
Experience in manufacturing settings.
Experience in Electrical Panel Enclosure Manufacturing.
Knowledge of stainless steel, CRCA, GI, and MS sheet welding.
Exposure to quality inspection practices.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
