Role & responsibilities
Positive exposure to operating and monitoring pellet coating equipment, including Fluid Bed Processor (FBP), Wurster Coater and related coating equipment.
Experience in preparation, filtration and handling of coating solutions/suspensions as per the approved manufacturing process.
Valuable knowledge of monitoring critical process parameters such as inlet/outlet temperature, product temperature, spray rate, atomization pressure, air flow and coating weight gain.
Positive understanding of GMP, GDP, safety and housekeeping requirements in a pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing area.
