Role & responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in lighting, power circuits, switches, sockets, and distribution boards.
Inspect and maintain LT panels, electrical panels, MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, and circuit breakers.
Monitor and maintain electrical equipment, motors, pumps, and other building services.
Attend electrical breakdowns and resolve complaints within the required timeframe.
Conduct routine inspections and maintain electrical maintenance checklists.
Support maintenance of DG sets, UPS systems, batteries, and emergency lighting, as applicable.
Assist with basic maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and other facility services as required for a multi-skilled role.
Maintain daily maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and work completion records.
Follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) practices.
Coordinate with the Facility Manager, Shift Engineer, and other maintenance team members.
