Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Backend AI Developer with strong experience in backend application development and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable APIs, integrating AI/LLM-based applications, and following engineering best practices for testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python or Node.js/TypeScript.
Build and deploy AI-powered applications, including AI agents, LLM integrations, RAG-based solutions, and workflow automation.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration between applications, AI services, and third-party platforms.
Design, optimize, and manage databases using PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and frontend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Implement robust authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and security best practices.
Write clean, maintainable,



and well-documented code following engineering standards.
Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery through automated testing.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance in production environments.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience with Python or Node.js/TypeScript.
Experience developing and deploying AI Agents, LLM-powered applications, or Generative AI solutions.
Proficiency in REST API development and microservices architecture.
Solid knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL database design and performance tuning.
Experience with Git, version control, and cooperative development workflows.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and scalable architectures.
Experience writing unit tests, integration tests, and implementing quality assurance processes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools.
