Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts who can independently manage monthly book closure, financial reporting, MIS preparation, AR/AP management, and statutory compliances.

The ideal candidate should have solid practical accounting knowledge, hands-on ERP experience, and advanced MS Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities
Independently finalize monthly books of accounts within defined timelines.
Prepare monthly MIS, Profit & Loss reports, and management reports.
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding receivables, payables, and ageing reports.
Ensure timely GST and TDS compliance, including reconciliations and return-related activities.
Prepare financial statements, expense analysis, and other financial reports.




Maintain accurate accounting records and coordinate with auditors.
Utilize ERP/accounting software for daily accounting and financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial data using MS Excel.

Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Strong practical knowledge of accounting and monthly book closure.
Proven experience in MIS and monthly management reporting.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, AR/AP, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software such as Tally Prime, SAP or similar systems.
Solid MS Excel skills, including financial data analysis.
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

A hands-on finance qualified capable of independently managing monthly accounting activities, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate financial reports to management with minimal supervision.
