Role & responsibilities : -
Perform timely broadband installations, activations, and customer onboarding.
Resolve customer complaints within defined TAT/SLA.
Maintain installation quality and achieve first-time resolution.
Troubleshoot fiber cuts, OLT, PON, router, and connectivity issues.
Execute power management and optimize optical signal levels.
Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce repeat complaints and network downtime.
Ensure proper customer-end wiring, router configuration, and Wi-Fi performance.
Maintain daily work reports, customer records, and installation updates.
Follow safety procedures and ensure proper utilization of network materials.
Achieve daily installation, activation, and service quality targets.
