Job Summary
We are hiring energetic and communication-savvy candidates for the role of Outbound Customer Service Associate. You will be responsible for contacting potential/existing customers, explaining products or services, resolving basic queries, and driving sales conversions. This is a sales-oriented voice process based out of our Kolkata office.

Key Responsibilities
Make inbound calls of customers.
services clearly and handle customer objections
Achieve daily/weekly individual performance
Maintain customer data and update call outcomes in the system
Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times
Coordinate with team leads for feedback and performance improvement





Eligibility Criteria
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate
Experience: Freshers can apply
Language: Must be fluent in Hindi + Bengali and English + Hindi / Bengali
Skills: Positive communication, basic computer knowledge, willingness to work in a versatile shift's environment having excellent translation skill.

Shift & Work Details
Work Mode: Work from Office only
Shifts: Rotational shifts as per process requirement
Week Off: Rotational (6 days working, 1 day R. W/O)
