Key Responsibilities:
Set up, assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, drivers, and updates.
Manage service desk tickets, incidents, and service requests.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN connectivity and network printers.
Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook.
Provide remote technical support to end users and ensure timely issue resolution.
