We are looking for a skilled Senior Centre Manager to lead our Microfinance Institution (MFI) in North, contributing to the growth and development of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing teams and driving business expansion.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee daily operations of the MFI centre, ensuring effective use of resources.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer acquisition goals.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget.




Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
