Troubleshoot system errors, software malfunctions, and security issues.

Assist in managing IT assets, inventory, and procurement of

hardware/software.

Support the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best

practices.

Perform regular system backups, data recovery, and security updates.

Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT maintenance and

support.

Provide user training and guidance for IT tools, applications, and

cybersecurity awareness.

Document IT support activities, issues, and resolutions in a structured
