Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for multiple client requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other job portals.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience and client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups and offer negotiations.
Work on permanent staffing / FTE hiring requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely profile submissions.
Build robust candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets.

Required Skills
15 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a staffing or recruitment consulting firm.
Positive understanding of IT skills and technologies.
Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn sourcing.
Experience in domestic IT hiring and permanent staffing.




Robust communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidates
Recruiters with experience in IT staffing or recruitment consultancies.
Candidates based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods.
