Role Purpose

To lead and strengthen HR Operations across the organization by ensuring seamless delivery of payroll, compensation & benefits, statutory compliance, audits, policy governance, HR technology, employee lifecycle management and vendor management. The role will partner with Business HR, Finance, Legal and leadership teams to drive operational excellence, governance, compliance and employee experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll & Employee Lifecycle

Lead end-to-end payroll administration, settlements, reimbursements and employee records.

Ensure payroll accuracy, governance and statutory deductions.

Oversee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions and separations.

Compliance, Governance & Audits

Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

Lead internal, external, IFC and compliance audits and closure of observations.

Drive compliance dashboards and risk mitigation plans.

Compensation & Perks

Administer compensation revisions,

Support benchmarking, compensation analytics and cost governance.

Policy Management

Develop, review and implement HR policies and frameworks.

Ensure policy communication, adherence and interpretation.

Vendor & Partner Management

Manage payroll, compliance, advantages and HR service vendors.

Monitor SLAs, contracts, service quality and cost optimization.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and other business functions.

Qualifications
