Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims.
Check claim status and follow up on outstanding balances.
Communicate with insurance representatives regarding claim status, denials, and payment-related issues
Maintain accurate documentation of calls, insurance responses, follow-up actions, and claim status in the system.
Coordinate with billing/coding teams when required to resolve claim-related issues.
Preferred candidate profile
Valuable verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable communicating professionally over calls.
Willing to work in a permanent night shift supporting US Healthcare operations.
Positive listening, problem-solving, and basic computer skills.
Note: B.E./B.Tech graduates are not eligible
