Job Summary

We are seeking target-driven sales specialists with experience in telesales, inside sales, outbound calling, or software sales. The candidate will engage with B2B and B2C prospects, pitch IT and digital solutions, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Contact inbound and outbound leads to pitch IT, web development, and digital solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, objection handling, and deal closure.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.




Achieve monthly sales targets and generate revenue through successful conversions.
Maintain accurate call records, lead status, follow-ups, and sales pipeline details in CRM/MS Excel.
Build strong customer relationships and follow up with prospective clients to convert opportunities into sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, outbound calling, or software sales.
Experience in phone-based sales closures and target-driven environments.
Robust communication, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Positive verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Graduate in any discipline preferred; 12th pass candidates may also apply.
Ability to work toward monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
