Roles and Responsibilities
When a paediatric patient visits Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital for vision correction and the doctor recommends myopia control lenses following an evaluation, the patient will be referred to the Essilor Brand Promoter.
The promoter will guide the patient and their accompanying parent or guardian to the optical section.
The promoter will counsel them on myopia management and explain the perks of Essilor Stellest lenses, enabling them to make an informed purchase decision.
The monthly sales target is a minimum of 25 pairs of Stellest lenses.
In the absence of paediatric patients, the promoter can focus on creating awareness and promoting other Essilor product offerings.

Candidate Requirements
Educational Qualification: Any degree.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and the local language.
Gender: Male or female candidates are eligible.

Working Schedule
Working Days: 6 days a week, with Sunday as the weekly off.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Lunch Break: 1 hour.
