Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented skilled to support our IT and corporate teams with technology asset auditing, inventory management, and administrative coordination. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams, onsite staff, and external vendors to maintain accurate records and support technology-related projects.

Responsibilities
Assist IT and other departments with auditing, inventorying, and cataloguing technology assets across the organization.
Collaborate with IT, Accounts Payable, corporate departments, and onsite operational staff.
Retrieve and organize invoices and records from various sources.
Coordinate with employees and vendors to obtain required information and documentation.
Conduct audits and maintain accurate asset records and databases.
Support additional projects as needed.

Requirements




Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative support or a related role.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Skilled and polished approach.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Solid coordination and follow-up abilities.
Enthusiasm, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
