Role & responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them with seating and basic queries.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and well-maintained.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Assist guests with menu-related queries and special requests.
Coordinate with kitchen, cashier, and other operations team members for smooth service.
Handle customer feedback and escalate complaints to the reporting manager when required.
Refill service essentials, maintain stock of cutlery and crockery, and ensure readiness of the dining area.
Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Skills: Valuable communication, customer service, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Presentable appearance and willingness to follow grooming standards.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced restaurant workplace.
